Last year, Sandalford Restaurant and Bar won best Contemporary Australian, Best Restaurant in a Winery and was named our state’s RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR.

Popular Autumn entrees include a wonderful warming dish of smokey, tender Abrolhos Island octopus served with slow roasted fennel, an elegant honey fig tart using the season’s finest Genoa figs, and what we think is the ideal way to start a meal – an artisan charcuterie plate.
As with all our seasonal menus, every course will suit anyone’s dietary preferences superbly with dishes especially prepared for vegetarians, pescatarians and diners with dietary preferences such as nut free or gluten free. For vegans, there’s a separate menu to tempt your taste buds.
Autumn is the perfect season to showcase our flavoursome Western Australian seafood and premium beef.
During June, we’ve joined Buy West Eat Best’s Plating Up WA campaign to showcase our state’s exceptional, world-class produce and our feature dish is the highly popular Harvey Beef reserve fillet – 200g of 100-day grain-fed beef served with potato puree, mushrooms, smoked bone marrow, pickled shallot, parsley salad and red wine jus.
The season of Autumn is all about transition – and it’s an excellent time to try something new. If you’ve enjoyed lunch with us, why not book in for dinner on Friday or Saturday?

Dessert provides the perfect reason to linger over a fine glass or two of wine. Our Autumn 2024 menu really closes superbly with choices of caramelized quince, citrus ricotta cheesecake with aromatic poached plums, Southern Forest honey parfait with poached pear, or a 100% vegan almond praline slice, with almond sponge, milk chocolate, ganache and raspberry sorbet.

Sandalera fans are familiar with the quality and depth of our luscious dessert wine. Now, we have just released three new delectable liqueurs for you to pair with our desserts:
