Dream Team now GOLD PLATE AWARD FINALISTS in 10 Categories

It’s true – teamwork does make the dream work!

Last night, at the announcement of the category finalists of the Catering Institute of Australia (WA) 2023 Gold Plate Awards, our team was placed Finalists in no less than 10 categories. 

We are honoured (and quite thrilled!) as this is a record number of categories to be placed in:

Family Dining

Best Pizza

Licensed Casual Dining - Metro

Our goal is to deliver every single Sandalford guest a Gold Plate (and truly world-class) standard wine and cuisine experience unlike anything else in the Swan Valley - and indeed Western Australia.

It is amazing to be finalists in 10 categories and in a position to add to our current tally of 37 Gold Plate Awards which we have received over the past 14 years.

Sandalford CEO Grant Brinklow has congratulated department heads Executive Chef Alan Spagnolo, Restaurant and Bar Manager Bridget Le Grove and Corporate Tourism Manager Jenny Hvalgaard - along with all their amazing staff – on this quite extraordinary achievement.

This year’s Gold Plate Awards will be decided on Monday, 30th October.
