Sandalford Wines’ unforgettable experiences wins Plates of Gold at 2025 Awards
Swan Valley’s most awarded attraction, Sandalford Wines, received the ultimate recognition for its cuisine, service, wine and overall hospitality last night winning FOUR (4) CATEGORIES at the 2025 Gold Plate Awards:

The Gold Plates are an annual awards program managed by the Catering Institute of Australia (Western Australia) which rewards excellence in the State's Dining and Banquets sector.
Sandalford CEO Grant Brinklow said it was crucially important to celebrate the professionalism of Western Australia’s hospitality industry and benchmark with peer restaurants.
“We were so proud to be chosen with such an amazing field of finalists this year!
Some 53 team members from Sandalford Wines attended last night's gala event, and it is fitting they were present as it is their individual contributions which make it possible for our business to shine.

Grant said Sandalford had now received a total of 51 Gold Plate Awards including 20 since 2021 following the relaunch of the new Restaurant and Function facilities (the most of any organisation in the history of the awards), and credited Executive Chef Alan Spagnolo and the entire Restaurant and Functions team.

Sandalford’s 2025 success saw the restaurant receive a Chef’s Hat from the Australian Good Food Guide, accolades and wins in the Restaurant and Catering Awards, and more than 1,850 Google Reviews.
Alan Spagnolo’s Spring 2025 Menu has received amazing guests reviews since it was released in early October and will be showcased superbly at 1840 @ Sandalford, The Ultimate Degustation, on Friday 14 November as part of Entwined in the Valley.
