Executive chef Alan Spagnolo and his talented team received the accolades of Western Australia Restaurant of the Year and Caterer of the Year from the Restaurant and Caterers’ Association at their annual Hostplus Awards for Excellence, in addition to multiple Gold Plates for Dining Excellence from the Catering Institute of Australia.

Taking inspiration from the season’s ripe abundance of nature’s harvest, our Executive Chef Alan Spagnolo and his talented team have created a menu masterpiece which we are delighted to share with you.
Each dish is a harmonious blend of fresh, locally sourced ingredients and globally inspired culinary techniques.
The Estate Culinary Journey, $99 per person, is the quintessential Sandalford dining experience and the ultimate way to dine on our seasonal menus.
Available Monday to Friday, this five course mini degustation features exquisite dishes from our Winter menu. It varies from day to day and week to week, so always represents the most interesting and diverse selections from our à la carte choices.

Chef Alan Spagnolo’s Winter menu brings forth new classics inspired by his own Italian heritage, re-invents favourites and creates mouth-watering original indulgences across entrees, mains and desserts.
As with everything we create, each Culinary Journey is full of superb pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices.
Such an epicurean masterpiece is best accompanied by a paired wine for each course, of specially selected premium Sandalford wines at an additional $66 per person.
Our new season wines currently pairing with the Culinary Journey varies, with choices selected from ranges such as our Swan Valley vines 1840 collection (from a superb Chenin Blanc to light and full bodied red varietals) or the Sandalford Estate Reserve wines created from our Margaret River vineyard in the famed Wilyabrup district.
