IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION:

Key points to note:

  • Book the Sandalford Shuttle with Buswest from various departure points across Perth and pay just $28.50 for taking the hassle out of driving to and from the concert
  • Strictly no alcohol can be removed from the venue after the concert accordance in accordance with very strict liquor licencing conditions set by the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor
  • If you are driving please allow plenty of extra time to get into the venue before the concert (expect delays as there are also many other activities taking place elsewhere in the Swan Valley on Sunday) and afterwards please exercise patience on departure (it will probably take 40 minutes for guests to leave)
  • Babies under the age of 2 are permitted free of charge without a ticket, babies in arms policy (babies cannot occupy a seat). Children aged 3-17 must have a valid full price ticket.
  • A child may enter the VIP areas as long as they are accompanied by a parent with a valid full price VIP ticket.
  • Have a wonderful time and plenty of fun but please respect your fellow guests and our staff at all times

 


GETTING TO AND FROM THE CONCERT:

Buswest Bus Service:

Due to traffic congestion we encourage patrons to use the shuttle bus service provided by Buswest. Let Buswest take the hassle out of getting to Sandalford Estate by jumping on one of their buses departing from various locations around Perth. Pre-booking your shuttle means you can forget about the drive and focus on enjoying the experience. Purchase your transfer online at Ticketmaster, price is $28.50 per person return.  For Midland Train Station site, the SHUTTLE is $10 cash return trip starting at 2.15pm until 4pm. Your bus ticket is valid for a return trip pre-determined pick up location. All buses depart at 2.15pm and will arrive at Sandalford Estate in the Swan Valley.   All buses will depart the venue 20 mins after the show finishes.  Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. Taxi, Limo and Other drop off arrangements:
ALL Drops Offs are only possible at the Drop Off Location accessible via the West Swan Road entry.
If you do decide to drive to the event, please allow enough time to get to the venue and park you car, and expect delays of between 40-50 minutes in getting into and out of the venue after the show.

VIP Ticketholders:
You will have a separate and dedicated parking area and entry to the venue. Entry is off Reid Highway, via the Harris Rd. Please present your VIP ticket on entry to gain access into the entrance.


WHAT TO BRING:

  • Concert Tickets
  • Sunscreen and sun hat
  • Empty water bottles for use at venue water stations
  • Non alcoholic beverages - you can bring an amount of unopened non alcoholic beverages with you. Please note no glass bottles will be permitted, or plastic bottles that have had their seal broken. Sealed cans or plastic bottles of soft drink are ok.
  • Sealed water in plastic bottles
  • Comfortable shoes as Sandalford Estate is an outdoor, grassed venue
  • Cash for merchandise



WHAT NOT TO BRING:

The items below are not permitted at the Venue. Discretion in regards to what may/may not be permitted into the Venue rests with the Promoter’s security staff:

  • Glass – except for small containers for food stuffs
  • Alcohol
  • Illicit drugs
  • Aerosol cans
  • Unsealed plastic bottles, and cans
  • Umbrellas
  • Trolleys and carts
  • Furniture including but not limited to tents, gazebos or inflatable structures
  • Poles, sticks, banners or signs over A4 in size
  • Metal cutlery
  • Confetti or torn paper
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Cameras with detachable lenses and / or tripods, video cameras and audio recording equipment or any other equipment deemed by the Promoter to be “professional” in nature
  • Musical instruments, air horns, megaphones, drums etc
  • Fireworks, flares or explosives
  • Balls (including inflatables), sporting equipment, bicycles, skateboards etc
  • Animals – except for authorised Guide/Companion animals
  • Any item which is reasonably considered by the Promoter as being able to cause injury, nuisance or offence to any other person attending the event
  • Camp chair or picnic rug. This show is fully reserved seating.

 

REFUSAL OF ENTRY:

Zaccaria Events and Sandalford Wines, their officers, employees, agents and contractors may refuse entry to Sandalford Estate (the Venue) to any person, and in particular to any person:

  • Considered by the Venue to be violent, intoxicated, disorderly or quarrelsome;
  • Not holding a valid ticket or other form of entry pass;
  • Attempting to enter the Venue with items from the Prohibited Items list and refusing to cloak these items;
  • Who possesses or appears to be affected by a prohibited drug;
  • Who wears, displays or possess items which bear street gang or motor cycle gang colours, including and not limited to patches, jackets, T-shirts, badges, other clothing or paraphernalia or items bearing a motor cycles gang’s insignia.

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

  • The bringing into the Venue any item on the “Prohibited Items” list displayed at the entry is not permitted.
  • Patrons consent to the Promoter to have their bags searched prior to entry to the Venue.
  • The Promoter will not be held responsible for confiscated or cloaked items.
  • Patrons are admitted into the Venue at their own risk.
  • Entry may be refused if the ticket was purchased from an unauthorized ticket seller or ticket scalper. Defaced tickets will not be accepted. Even if proof of purchase is provided, lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
  • Anyone found having gained, or attempting to gain access to the Venue without a valid ticket or other form of entry pass will be refused entry or evicted.
  • The Venue is a licensed premises for the duration of the event external alcohol must not be brought into the venue and alcohol bought on-site must not be removed at the completion of the event.
  • The Promoter requires the responsible consumption of alcohol by patrons. Patrons who appear to be impaired or are unruly irrevocably consent to being refused service of alcohol and/or evicted from the Venue and, to the extent permitted by law, indemnify the Venue in respect of any costs, losses, claims or proceedings arising from such impairment or intoxication.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas – patrons found smoking outside of these areas will be evicted from the event.
  • Patrons must not interfere with, obstruct or hinder any activity at the event, including any activity conducted on the stage or the performance.
  • Throwing objects is prohibited and will result in the patron responsible being evicted.
  • Patrons who cause a disturbance, are offensive, discriminatory, display anti-social behaviour, use foul or abusive language, make racial or threatening remarks or gestures, commit indecent exposure or refuse to comply with reasonable requests made by the Venue will be evicted.
  • The use authorised of photographic, video or audio equipment for commercial purposes is not permitted within the Venue.
  • Patrons may be filmed, recorded or photographed during the event and these images or recordings may be used for any purpose without the consent of, or payment or provision of other compensation to patrons.
  • Littering is prohibited - patrons must use waste receptacles located around and within the Venue.
  • Any person found mistreating, tampering, defacing or damaging any part of the Venue or the surrounding locale will be evicted from the Venue and may face prosecution.
  • Patrons must not attempt to gain unauthorised entry to restricted areas (e.g backstage) – those patrons found having gained or attempting to gain such entry will be evicted from the Venue.
  • Patrons must follow all reasonable directions from the Venue including requests to condense their seating areas during events with General Admission.
  • No Pass outs are permitted.
  • The Event will proceed rain, hail or shine and will only be abandoned if the Venue and emergency services representatives deem the conditions to be dangerous.
  • The Venue is an outdoor venue and whilst all reasonable care has been taken to make the Venue safe, the Venue may contain dangerous and uneven surfaces. Patrons should exercise all reasonable care and caution when entering or on the premises.
  • In the event of an emergency situation or evacuation, you must follow all directions given by the Promoter, emergency services or their representatives.

 

LIQUOR LICENSING:

The Venue is a licensed premise and operates under a Local Licensing Agreement.  The Venue will operate in accordance with its house alcohol management policy and all applicable laws.  Patrons are reminded that:

  • It is an offence for a minor to purchase and/or consume liquor;
  • It is an offence to purchase liquor for, or supply liquor to, a minor;
  • A person supplying liquor to a minor will be reported to police.

 

ASSISTANCE FOR MOBILITY IMPAIRED / WHEELCHAIR PATRONS:

The outdoor concert site is predominantly flat grass parkland, and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. However being accompanied by a carer is recommended. Parking for ACROD or wheelchair patrons is not always assured, however in the absence of parking close to the gates, alternatives will be provided. We strongly advise that you advise the ticketing agent, when purchasing your ticket, if you are in a wheelchair or need assistance, so we can contact you prior to the event.

We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lane at the main entrance, accessible toilet facilities, marked pathways to navigate around the concert site and a dedicated viewing area if you wish to utilise it.

If relevant, please make sure that you bring all of your necessary medical devices with proper documentation. All medication must be properly labeled with the persons holding the medication name on it. There will be a First Aid tent on site attended by medical professionals should you need medial assistance or a private area.

For Wheelchair/ACROD/Mobility impaired patrons - Making a Booking:

If emailing, please ensure you include the Event Name, Venue, Date and Time along with your contact details. Service Hours: Monday - Saturday 9am - 8pm; Sunday 9am - 5pm AEST (closed Christmas / Boxing Day)

 

ACROD Access: 
ACROD parking is limited so please allow plenty of time to get to the venue in advance to secure a spot. If you hold a disabled parking sticker, your designated parking location is the White House Parking lot. Show your ACROD sticker to traffic marshals when entering the White House Car Park and they will be able to give you a further directions. Please be aware that this is an outdoor venue with undulating hills so it may be necessary to attend the event with assistance.
There is no camping on site and all patrons must depart the venue after the show.

Aerosol Cans:
Aerosol cans (such as those used for sun screen, insect repellant etc) are NOT permitted.

Alcohol:
It should be noted that once you are ticketed onto Sandalford Estate you will have access to an expanded and extensive network of Food and Beverage outlets. Due to Licensing restrictions, strictly no BYO alcohol and no glass can be brought into nor taken from the venue. This is a fully licensed event with full bar service available. Patrons must observe and adhere to the local licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol practices.

Anti Social Behaviour:
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests. Intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour is unacceptable and will result in ejection from the venue. Any person who behaves in this manner will be removed or handed to the Police.

ATM: 
There will be ATM on site however we urge you to bring cash in case of long queues.  Cash and card will be accepted at bars, and cash only at merchandise.

Bags: 
Will be subject to a search upon entry. Any person in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry to the site. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.

Bottles:
Plastic bottles containing water, softdrinks and juice is permitted, if the seal is in tact. Glass Bottles are NOT permitted.

Box Office:
One box office will be in operation and located near GATE 1.  We are expecting large crowds so to avoid queuing at the venue, patrons are encouraged to pre-print e-tickets or collect their tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster outlet.

Cans:
Cans are not permitted.

Cameras and Recording Devices:
Recording of stage performances using audio, video or professional grade photographic equipment is not permitted. Cameras with a detachable lens will not be permitted. Small personal devices/phones are ok.

Chairs:
This is a completely reserved seating show. Please dont bring fold up chairs or blankets.

Children:
Children aged 2 and under are permitted free with parent, babies in arms policy (babies cannot occupy a seat). Children aged 3-17 must have a valid full price ticket. There is no children's ticket price for this concert. A child may enter the VIP areas as long as they are accompanied by a parent with a valid full price VIP ticket.

Cloakroom Facilities:
A cloakroom will NOT be available at the event.  Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.

Clothing:
Please dress accordingly (in light fabrics that will protect your skin from the sun). Please bring sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat.  Wear comfortable shoes as the venue is a grassed / outdoor area.  Thongs and sandals are allowed.

Drinks:
Water, softdrinks and juice in sealed plastic bottles is allowed.  

First Aid:
First Aid will be in attendance – please approach any of our friendly staff if feeling unwell.

Eskies:
Small sized eskies are permitted.

Flasks/Thermoses:

Are not permitted.

Food and Beverages:
Sandalford Estate is a fully catered venue with a range of bar and food options. Free drinking water will be available in the venue and patrons may bring in empty plastic bottles or plastic or foam cups for this purpose. You may bring your own snack food in a small esky or plastic container. You may bring your own SEALED cans or plastic bottles of non alcoholic beverages. You may NOT bring metal cutlery or glass or large eskies.

Furniture:
All types of umbrellas are strictly forbidden inside the concert arena. 
No tents or other structures.
Camping chair and picnic rug is not permitted - this concert is a fully reserved seating show.
Trolleys and carts are not permitted.

Glass:
No wine glasses or glass bottles are permitted to be brought into the venue. 

Metal Cutlery:

All types of metal cutlery is strictly forbidden to be brought into the concert venue. You can of course can bring plastic cutlery (same as used on the airlines). No sharp items are permitted.

Pass outs:
Passouts will NOT be available at the event, so please ensure that you take everything that you require into the concert upon arrival.

Photo ID:
Will be required to purchase and consume alcohol and service will not be provided to people under 18 years of age. Please note that because Sandalford Estate is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take bottles of wine from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

Premium General Admission Ticketholders:
Bring your own fold up chair or picnic blanket. (There is no supplied/reserved seating). Remember to take advantage of your early entry at 12 noon.

Security:
Prior to the ticket gate entry we are required to execute a full search of your accompanying bags, to ensure you are not in possession of Alcohol or other illegal items. Should these items be in your possession you may be refused access.

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, excluding designated smoking areas. Limited designated smoking areas will be available, smoking is not permitted in any other area other than the designated areas – anyone found smoking outside of designated smoking areas will be asked to leave. 

Trolleys and Carts
Trolleys and carts are not permitted.

VIP ticket holders:
Please present your VIP ticket on entry to gain access into the dedicated entrance off Reid Highway via Harris Road. Important: IF YOU ARE DRIVING, PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO GET TO THE VENUE AND PARK YOUR CAR - EXPECT DELAYS OF BETWEEN 40-50 MINUTES IN GETTING INTO AND THEN OUT OF THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW. You will have a separate and dedicated parking area and entry to the venue. Entry is off Reid Highway, via the Harris Rd. Please present your VIP ticket on entry to gain access into the entrance. Remember to come early when VIP gates open and take advantage of the food and beverage packages available.

Water:
Free drinking water outlets are provided. You may bring plastic water bottles containing water but only if the plastic bottle is sealed.

Weather:
Please note we play rain or shine. You may bring wet weather protection such as ponchos and raincoats however umbrellas are not permitted. If it rains, the show will go on. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario. In the event of inclement weather patrons should check www.zaccariaconcerts.com.au  or our Facebook page BEFORE departing for the show for messages regarding traffic, parking or wet weather arrangements.

Other:
• Tickets cannot be refunded or re-sold and lost tickets cannot be replaced. Defaced tickets will not be accepted. Once you receive your ticket, it is solely your responsibility. While obviously we sympathise if you lose your ticket, we are unable to reissue. Even if we have a record of your purchase, we cannot be certain that other less scrupulous members of the public will not use the ticket. Please treat your ticket like cash - they are irreplaceable.
• Occasionally changes to the line up or program times occur that are out of the Promoters control. The Promoter reserves the right to change the lineup and/or the date of the event without prior notification. In the event of change of the date or lineup, refunds will not be available. 
• The Promoter and the Venue accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the Venue.
• You enter the event at your own risk. 



LEAVING THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW:
Please be prepared and allow some time to leave the venue if you are driving. Expect delays. Your patience is appreciated. Also please respect our neighbours.
