Join us in a unique celebration as we launch a new Sandalford wine – 2019 Sandalford 1840 Chenin Blanc from our latest range.
This September’s Degustation Dinner will not only showcase our world class wines, and multi Gold Plate winning cuisine and service, this dinner is the first release of our new 1840 Chenin Blanc.
The natural vigor of this superb Swan Valley varietal has been perfectly channeled by Sandalford Winemaker Hope Metcalf into a superbly balanced wine exhibiting floral aromas with apple and pear-like flavours and assertive acidity.
Executive Chef Andrew Mann has crafted a celebration menu showcasing local Western Australian and Swan Valley produce, with each course beautifully paired with outstanding Sandalford vintages.
Chef has created a tantalising canape to introduce the evening, and saved the reveal of our new 1840 Chenin Blanc to the first course. His menu progresses through freshly sourced West Australian seafood and local Wagyu to a crescendo of luscious desserts.
