As part of the Entwined in the Valley 2021 celebratory program, we are delighted to announce the ultimate degustation event ~ 1840 @ Sandalford.
Our winemakers, chefs, restaurant team and management have dedicated to creating an exquisite menu featuring five courses of epicurean perfection!
Chef Alan Spagnolo’s seasonally sourced degustation commences with a sublime baked feta, moves through Abrolhos Island scallops and divinely fresh local fish to Dardanup lamb before resting with an amazing espresso granita.
The cuisine will be paired with the aromatic and sensory pleasures of our 1840 range of wines featuring the James Halliday acclaimed Cabernet Merlot, Shiraz, Rosé and our unique Chenin Blanc.
As a special indulgence, guests will be treated to the very first release of the 1840 Grenache!
This event presents exceptional value for money at $150 per guest.
