Rose Ladies Luncheon
Sandalford’s Margaret River Rose is crafted by our senior winemaker Hope Metcalf from Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the famed Wilyabrup district of Margaret River. After the grapes were picked in late March, they were held in the press for 4-5 hours of skin contact. The resulting wine is pink, bright and bold with overtones of strawberries and cream (and blueberries and raspberries!) with vanilla and cinnamon spices. Dry, balanced and finishing with a flavoursome flourish, our Rose is vibrant – and vegan and vegetarian friendly!
Chef Andrew Mann has chosen to match our Rose with a luncheon showcasing Cone Bay Barramundi, Shark Bay Crab and a delectable dessert centred on a Crème Brulee infused with our flagship Sandalera dessert wine.
Situated on the picturesque Verdelho Lawn overlooking the vineyard, this will be a special occasion for you to create some wonderful memories.
