Outdoor Bar & Food Manager (Full Time)
We are extending our suite of outstanding customer experiences through the opening of our Summer Weekend Outdoor area. From October through to April we will operate a container bar and food truck service from 10am to 8pm each Saturday and Sunday and we are seeking an Outdoor Bar and Food Manager to oversee these offerings.
This is a full time permanent position spread over four days each week (Fridays for set up, Saturday's and Sunday's for operations, and Mondays for planning the next weekend.)
Based at Sandalford’s Estate in the Swan Valley, this is your chance to work with one of Australia's most awarded wineries, sharing your passion and growing with a dedicated team of world class Wine and Wine Tourism professionals.
This is a very much hands on and lead from the front style role that will be responsible for overseeing the weekend and public holidays operations of this new operation which is expected to be commence operations in the next few months.
The role reports directly to Sandalford’s CEO but the successful candidate is expected to work very closely with senior members of the Sandalford Management team including the Financial Controller, Corporate Tourism Manager, Restaurant Manager, Executive Chef, Cellar Door Manager, Senior Groundskeeper and Building Maintenance Manager.
It is a truly amazing opportunity for an experienced, dynamic and hard working individual who has significant previous hands-on experience in Supervision or Management of outdoor bars and pop up festival areas.
The successful applicant will be working in a busy team environment and responsible for managing multiple staff across a diverse range of areas.

Additionally, you will have an eye for detail, display calmness under pressure, have natural leadership abilities, excellent people skills and a genuine want, drive and ability to help create and drive this latest offering in a complimentary manner to the suite of existing customer facing facilities at Sandalford.
You will be confident to take charge and own results, yet humble enough to listen and learn.
