symp_dionneSymphony at Sandalford

17th & 18th January 2004

Thousands of fans joined Dionne Warwick and the West Australian Symphony Orchestra for two spectacular nights under the stars at Sandalford Wines in the Swan Valley.

With no less than fifty hit singles including "Say a Little Prayer" and "That What Friends are For" the legendary Dionne Warwick is the second most charted female of the past forty years. As the "voice" behind a decade of classic tunes written for her by the famed team of Burt Bacharach and Hal David, Dionne became an international superstar in the 60's. Through an incredible body of recorded work stretching to over forty albums, the golden lady with the recognisable voice has continued to thrill audiences from Rome to Rio, London to Los Angeles and from New York to Nairobi.

These two nights proved to be no exception to Dionne's amazing ability to perform as well as charm an audience of thousands. By far one of Sandalford's best concerts yet!
