Element Range
The Element range consist of the following wines:
- Classic White (Chenin Blanc, Verdelho and Semillon)
- Chardonnay (Lightly oaked)
- Late Harvest (Medium sweet, multi-varietal)
- Merlot
- Cabernet Sauvignon
- Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon
All of these wines are fruit driven, immediately approachable and make for soft, easy and uncomplicated drinking. These everyday wines offer fantastic value for money and over-deliver on quality. Most of the wines within the Element range come from 50 yr old vines grown in WA's Swan Valley and wines such as the Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon spend twelve months in premium French and American Oak.

The fruit for this wine was machine-harvested in February during the cool of night. The fruit was immediately processed and underwent a long, slow ferment in stainless steel tanks with a number of selected yeast strains. |

Immediately after harvest the fruit was destemmed, crushed and chilled to 10 degrees Celsius en route to the tankpress. The free-run and pressings were blended together and fined. After cold settling for 24 hours the juice was racked. |

The 2007 Element Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon defines all that is great about this classic Australian blend. Beautiful ripe, sweet and juicy dark berry flavours with hints of Shiraz spiciness and Cabernet eucalypt. |

This is a medium-bodied wine filled with ripe blackcurrant flavours, soft silky tannins and finishing with a sombre notes of vanillin. A wine drinking beautifully now, it will mature in good cellaring conditions for another 5 years. |
